Join renowned D.C. Pitmaster Roger Sherman of The District Pit for a deep dive into the art of pairing BBQ and Wine.  Enjoy three smoked specialties and savory side dishes, perfectly paired with Big Cork wines.

Each meat is smoked with exotic woods, accentuating the flavor of the meats AND the wines. Just our winemaker Dave Collins selects barrels, Roger and his team are particular about which wood they use to smoke each meat. Roger’s knowledge and skill has earned him a reputation as the top BBQ pitmaster in the DMV.
