Robert Sykes has been performing in the Washington area for the past 30 years. With an emphasis on the classic American songbook along with jazz standards the group manages to be accessible while at the same time pushing the boundaries in just the right places. Featured in venues such as Blues Alley, Bohemian Caverns and the Kennedy Center the ensemble never fails to please. In the past few years Robert has performed at events hosted by many Washington notables including Hillary and Bill Clinton, Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Dick Cheney.
