Grab your boo, Galentine, or whoever it is that you love and join us at BIG to get creative. Join Randi, of Charcuterie by Randi, LLC, as she instructs you on how to create a beautiful charcuterie board. In this workshop, you will learn cheese selection, pairing options, slicing techniques, and presentation skills.
The workshop includes all materials needed to create a 9-inch charcuterie board. The board will be on a disposable bamboo tray, easy to take home and share with friends. The class will also include a box to take your board home with you, if it makes it that long. Please note that unless otherwise notified the items in the workshop can include but are not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.
The ticket price includes entry for two, all materials needed to create a 9-inch charcuterie board, and a bottle of Big Cork wine.
