At 18, Bob Keel picked up a guitar and his life changed. He had always written poetry, but with help of a good friend and some alcohol, he was able to discover what he wants to be doing for the rest of his life. Since then, he has gone on to write songs about people, places, and things that he encounters on this journey that is life. Most of his songs are about love, but is there a better topic? His influences range from Brahms to My Moring Jacket…hip hop to the folk. He has written hundreds of songs and loves the art of writing. “It’s what I do. It’s who I am. Sometimes writing is the only thing that feels real in my life.”
