The Big Bike Barbecue at Big Cork Vineyards on Wednesday, June 19, will kick off the USA Cycling Amateur Road National Championships with a relaxing atmosphere, incredible views, delicious food and exceptional wine. We invite rides and their families to come and relax before the BIG race. The menu for the evening will include smoked chicken and pulled pork; an arugula salad with fresh blueberries, heirloom tomatoes, sunflower seeds, feta cheese and a champagne vinaigrette; macaroni and cheese, barbecue beans, jalapeño cheddar cornbread, potato rolls and barbecue sauces. There will be lemonade and iced tea. The adult ticket will include one glass of wine. Tickets for the Big Bike Barbecue, which will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., are $30 for adults and $20 for children or non-drinkers and should be purchased in advance. Bottles of wine will be available for purchase.
