Comparative Barrel Study
Our winemaker Dave Collins will lead this fun and informative program. Each session is $60 per person; wine club members pay $50 per person. There are two times available per session, noon-2:00 pm or 3:00-5:00 pm. Space is limited to 30 people per session.
Join us for the final class in our Winter Wine Education Series for an in-depth look at how the barrel can influence the wine. Explore the nuances of American versus French oak, different barrel cooperages, and new barrels compared to older barrels. This is a great class to expand your knowledge of barrel use in wine making. The class includes barrel tastings, samplings of our reserve wines and light food pairings.
