Meritage, The Art of the Bordeaux Style Blend
Our winemaker Dave Collins will lead this fun and informative program. Each session is $60 per person; wine club members pay $50 per person. There are two times available per session, noon-2:00 pm or 3:00-5:00 pm. Space is limited to 30 people per session.
Join our award-winning winemaker Dave Collins as he teaches this popular second class in our Winter Wine Education Series. Enjoy food pairings by Canapés and wine samples, as Dave leads you through the process of making a great blend. Each guest will be provided a graduated cylinder to create his or her own personal trial blend. Wines will include Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Merlot.
